Find is a social enterprise with two goals: supplying low-cost, quality furniture for sale to the public and providing essential furnishings free of charge to individuals and families who are transitioning out of homelessness. All proceeds are reinvested into housing programs.
The start-up cost for anyone moving into their first home is expensive so imagine the challenges formerly homeless people face. This can be a barrier for someone securing sustainable housing. By providing furniture to clients in programs such as Housing First, this eliminates the financial stress that usually accompanies a move.
People in the Housing First program come to Find to pick out their own furniture at no cost. From kitchenware to living room sets, donations provided by you help people transform their house into their home.
