MCC East Bay

MCC’s furniture program, based in Pleasanton, California, extends a helping hand to families and individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area’s East Bay Area who are striving to overcome housing insecurity. We work with a network of about 30 local social service agencies that diligently refer individuals and families seeking assistance with home furnishings.

We support the homeless, veterans, victims of domestic violence, refugees, low-income families, and victims of personal tragedy. This program aims to promote dignity and stability in our community by redirecting donated furniture to needy families.

Behind the scenes, MCC’s dedicated volunteer teams form the backbone of our operations. From sorting and cleaning to picking up and delivering furniture, these passionate volunteers work tirelessly to breathe new life into donated items.

Gently used furniture and household items donated by individuals and businesses fuel our mission.
